    I am not sure who runs Grand Junction American Airlines and why the customer service is vastly different within the same company. The 1800 number was like speaking to a different company; one that actually cared in comparison to my experience of going to the airport today and waisting 460$ on a plane ticket and 50$ in taxi fare.
