Clarification I just read that you CAN bring beef into Mexico as long as it is in a sealed package with either USDA or Canadian food inspection agency stamps visibile on the package.This is based on the Mexican customs website But Raw ground beef is not allowed,So no Bubba Burgers. At baggage claim in cancun the drug dog sniffed it out and came right to me. The guard confiscated it and threw it out.
