Teo weeks later i got a reply that I habe to email another office. That office said they would get back to me in 21 days. Two weeks ago I heard from that office which said I needed to email an international office.

If you need any help from Avis re rental issues, don't waste your time emailing their customer service address. They don't reply, I've been waiting 2 days for an acknowledgement of my enquiry message. No better by phone, almost 2 days no response. Very poor effort.
