On the way there, we took the Airbus A350, which was very nice and very comfortable. The return flight was on a BOEING 777, which was also very nice and comfortable.

I recently had a problem with Philippine Airline (PAL). Booked thru KAYAK from Bangkok to San Francisco May 31. Checked credit card activity, and there was a double booking and double charges. PAL duplicated the flight, got paid, and said to cancel would cost $100, and take 6-8 weeks for refund. Multiple phones numbers have gone unanswered.
