1. Re: November 2023 travel. November is a lifetime away in terms of the conditions on the ground in Israel and the Palestinian Territories. And conditions may very hugely from places like Bethlehem, Jericho, and Ramallah (nearly always calm and quite safe) and places like Jenin and Nablus (more likely to have issues in times of unrest).
