    any reviews on them - yes there are thousands. If you use the search box just above your question, type in JustFly and choose 'All Forums' to search all the topics and complaints on them will appear in the search results. Or even going to Google and typing in 'JustFly reviews and complaints' would have displayed lots of topics to read.

    I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google. I cant help but think you have somewhat of a bias here as it sounds like you are in travel biz. Some comments on thsi forum could be toned in a friendlier manner.

    Legit but awful. Not a scam. Just a dreadful site, best avoided. If people don’t look at the website address carefully after googling a hotel name they somehow believe they are booking direct with the hotel, but it’s a third-party booking site, with restrictive Terms and Conditions and hefty fees tacked on.
