If you use the search box just above your question, type in JustFly and choose 'All Forums' to search all the topics and complaints on them will appear in the search results. Or even going to Google and typing in 'JustFly reviews and complaints' would have displayed lots of topics to read.
I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google. I cant help but think you have somewhat of a bias here as it sounds like you are in travel biz. Some comments on thsi forum could be toned in a friendlier manner.
