My wife and I took the 7 day Heart of Ireland tour last June. The tour itself and the tour guide, Steve, were fine. During the last evening of the trip, Steve took a picture of the entire group outside of a restaurant, with a Dublin landmark in the background.

Legit but awful. Not a scam. Just a dreadful site, best avoided. If people don’t look at the website address carefully after googling a hotel name they somehow believe they are booking direct with the hotel, but it’s a third-party booking site, with restrictive Terms and Conditions and hefty fees tacked on.
I check on it on the airline site . My experience 99% of the time with these sites has been positive. The 1% always stings. I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google.
