Hi, I hired car for 22 Nov 2014 from Avis Car Rental (NAIA Airport) and paid my deposit via credit card. They said they will refund with in 14 days. I have left Manila and called them up and reached them via mail, and even after 2 months they are not refunding my deposit and nor replying my mails after few initial one and ignoring my request.
If you need any help from Avis re rental issues, don't waste your time emailing their customer service address. They don't reply, I've been waiting 2 days for an acknowledgement of my enquiry message.

I returned from our trip to discover the AVIS airport rental in France had voided my oteoaid contract and arbitrarily charge my credit card 1,600 Euros for returning the car 1 hour late, when the late fee printed in the original invoice was 91.25 Euros per hour. I was told in August 8th I had to send an email to file a complaint.
