Whenever I use start up word I get the following pop up "Sign in to get started with word". I click on the 'Sign in or create account' button. Next I fill in my email adress that is linked with my microsoft office 365 subscription. When the email is filled in I grey window pops up that does not go away.

According to Microsoft article Upgrade macOS to continue receiving Microsoft 365 and Office for Mac updates, the October 2022 update (16.66) is the last build of Office to support macOS Catalina 10.15.
