Show Ticket Refund From Vegas.com. 4 years ago. I am still having trouble getting a refund for show tickets from March, 2020, Customer service at Vegas .com originally stated I would receive a refund by 2 April, 2020. Then they sent another email stating the refund would be provided by 20 May, 2020. No refund has been provided to me.
