I don't really understand your question, but I will try. By signing -up for their players card they would load $10 in free play on it. Then as you increased your play time using your own funds and their players card in machine ( depending on the amount of play time ) then they would send additional free play coupons to your mailing address which when visiting you would turn in at card services ...
So, if a coupon happens to be the same as an offer, I would say, no. Because an FP is specific for each hotel, even among Las Vegas Hotels. For example, I could have a FP offer for booking at Bellagio in the amount of $400 and, at the same time, have an FP offer for booking at Excalibur for $1000.
