The Las Vegas Advisor continues to offer their Member Rewards Book; it offers some good values for primarily off- Strip properties..assuming you have access to inexpensive transportation to and from those properties/venues..and the intent to redeem enough of the coupons to justify the purchase cost ( it's $50 for the MRB coupon book).
In case you are in doubt, there is a link on this page that shows you exactly what coupons are in the book. It costs about $14 plus shipping, but is well worth it. Not only does it cover vegas, but every major casino in America. There are NUMEROUS 2 for 1 coupons for breakfast/brunch and dinner.
However, the VIP coupons are online and you print out the ones you want - again, separate per mall. Some stores allow you to use both the coupon book and get an extra discount for the same item using the VIP coupons.
