It's in the newspaper, billboards, tarpaulin at Laguindingan Airport and radio ad and if you visit the Facebook page of Zest Air they have an announcement last week about the change of number effective July 29 to merge with the hotline of Air Asia Philippines so it is now 742-ASIA or 742-2742.
Answer 21 of 29: I have been trying to contact zest air via email and phone with out luck. I was wondering if someone would be so kind to call them for me to find out how/where I can book flights from Shanghai to Kalibo.
Further down in this forum is another topic for Zest Air. Member "Prime" had the same issue contacting Zest Air. His last post indicated that he received an email from Zest and another telephone number to call. No word on his success. You may want to send him a PM on the contact information that worked for him in contacting Zest.
Called the reservations number...855-3333 from the US I tried 011-63-855-3333 with no luck...I think that is how you call from the US. I saw the schedule info before, thanks. I still have no idea how you book or get the cost. Kegler747,,,,,as clareirishman pointed out no contact info for Shanghai.
On 11 March 2013, an agreement was made between AirAsia Philippines to swap shares with Philippine-based airline Zest Airways. Zest Airways received a mix of $16 million cash and a 13% share in AirAsia Philippines, while AirAsia Philippines now owns 85% of Zest Airways, with 49% of its voting rights. The deal closed on 10 May 2013.

Today is March 13. 5 days later the OP is still trying to book his flight with Zest with no success. OP is still looking for contact information. I will not deal with any business in the travel industry, (airline, bus, hotel, restaurant....) that I cannot find a valid contact information on the web in less than 1 hour.
