   We would like to bookend our trip with one day each in Athens upon arrival and day before we leave due to logistical reasons so those need to stay there. The two itineraries I am contemplating between are below followed by some questions: Option 1. August 30 - Athens. August 31 - Athens. Sept 1 - Leave for Santorini.

   This is a wonderful island and if two country bumpkins from Alabama can do it, you can too! Day 1: Arrival. We used Air France since Norweigan Air is seasonal and was no longer flying after March 21. We had a layover in Guadeloupe and then to Martinique. The Guadeloupe airport is unique, to say the least!

We will be renting a car for the duration. This is our first trip to Nova Scotia. We plan to cover Nova Scotia, PEI and maybe parts of New Brunswick.

   Re: Couple, 10 day itinerary trip/budget. i think that itinerary is rush rush rush, lots of driving and little time to explore. 8 nights in 10 days with long drives over three alpine passes with narrow and winding roads. lots of one laned bridges. that route needs a minimum of 14 days to really appreciate it.
