You could take the Shuttle from 42nd/ Times Square over to GCT and then catch the 4 train. But if you are already in Times Square there is no reason to do that.

    I was wondering what are the general hours in the morning and early evenings of the Tokyo rush hour, if i have an idea of which hours they are in the morning (e.g. 7:00a.m. - 8:30a.m.) and evenings then i can know to plan around that and use the subway system outside of the major hours to help me to avoid having an anxiety attack on the subways.
