1 year ago. Yes, there's a big easy parking deck directly adjacent to the Amtrak/MARC station, it was $9 a day, overnights fine, easy in easy out. I've used it to ride Amtrak instead of parking near downtown Baltimore Penn Station. Being that BWI is right off 95/195/295 its even easier than getting to Penn.
Always use the parking decks at the MARC/Amtrak station off 170/Aviation Blvd. off 195 and close to airport's satellite lots. The car is under cover so no weather issues and very safe. I've used it multiple times before when flying out of BWI (it's the cheapest covered lot with a frequent shuttle to the airport) and had no problems whatsoever. The lot is gigantic so I highly doubt it'd be full.
