I was in search of a free lunchtime concert in Westminster Music Library which is on the first floor. In front of display cases with musical scores and books on musicians as diverse as Vaughan Williams and Stockhausen a guitar recital progressed. Downstairs I was reminded this library has good sections on performing arts and arts and design.
