2 years ago. I found a great prepaid rate from Thrifty at Lisbon Airport for August. I've also found some reviews saying that the Hertz brands (Thrifty and Dollar) find ways to fraudulently overcharge customers. Since the reviews are not very recent, I thought the good people on Tripadvisor might have some up to date experiences to share.
If you’ve got four days to spend in Lisbon, that’s more than enough time to experience everything this capital city has to offer.
