    Jul 2024. Texas city dike is still closed after Beryl. According to local officials, it will be closed for several weeks. Save some time, you wont be allow on the dike. I would think as many people that visit the dike during the summer it would give the city incentive to get the dike open as soon as possible to increase the city's revenue.
