Why do I have to call back customer service when they logged a call with tech support. In what planet does that even make sense. I am stuck with this horrible SIM now and I am seriously thinking of getting an O2 SIM now even though I have already given everyone my Lebara number.

I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.

Same here - awful service, and a 2 year "contract" with no possibility to cancel it unless you pay for the full term ahead. 29. Re: Don't buy a Lebara SIM card in the Netherlands. Update - horrible customer service, hidden terms, they keep charging you even if you don't use their services and throw away their sim-card.
