Not a good car rental experience. This was one of the more challenging times I have had renting a car. I flew into Las Vegas, and got there earlier than originally thought that I would. When I got to the counter to get the car they told me that the car would not be ready for another 3 hours (at the time of the original reservation).

I had reserved an economy car so was pleasantly surprised to get a luxury car instead. We knew to go across the street from the main car rental building this time and the check-in and check-out was fast. Good service and good prices for a great car again. I would recommend Sixt in Las Vegas. Report inappropriate content.

The free shuttles take everybody renting a car to this facility. All car companies but Fox and Sixt are located there. Sixt is located across the street from the rental center. You can walk over or take the Sixt shuttle. No taxi required. As for the temporary license- it's not surprising they wont accept it.
I have used Sixt Car Rental for many years and have never had this experience. When I picked up the car for a short three day trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon this week, I was surprised the gas tank was less than half full and not really surprised (or disapointed) by all of the little dings and scratches on the car (see photos).
