With the mega resorts of Atlantis and BahaMar, staff aren't always treated well -- by the htoel or the guest. As a local, I regularly see guests treat staff with utter contempt and rudeness.
Having seen a couple of posts regarding the standard of service provided by some companies, I felt I should relate a tale which demonstrates the different standards of customer care provided by those in the travel industry.
The customer service and support from the booking process to the check-in process was extremely professional and top notch. I texted them at least 5 times during our 4 day stay and they were always quick and courteous in there responses. The pool and game room amenities and secured parking deck was really nice.
