I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.

I called an agent named Lemar to get ticket to travel with my three kids, 2 of them where less than 2years of age and the other one was 4years old. Lamar gave me a quote and I paid. When I got to the airport, United refused to let us board.

An agent isn’t to blame for the technical issue on the plane and you choosing to abort your trip completely rather than allow the airline to rebook you on a later flight.
