Not all places in the country have been photographed, but this must have been quite a task for Google, since many places, Santorini for example, are not the typical places where a Google car would be able to drive through.
Very cool! Street View is a very useful for getting familiar with the area around your hotel. I've used it for SF and San Diego. I was checking out my hotel (Palomar), and I was a little worried with all the construction there. However, at the intersection of P St NW and 20th St NW I can see more recent pictures of a nice resurfaced street!
