Hotwire sent me a $25 coupon yesterday to be used before midnight. I used it on an $85 Hot Rate hotel being fairly certain it was a Hampton that I had stayed at before. Then, simply match the hotel to the resort fee, either through the individual hotel reservation pages, or one of the lists floating around the internets. A 4-star north strip Hotwire hotel with a $25 resort fee is either Mirage or TI, for example. If it has no resort fee, you know it is likely a Caesar's property.
