Perhaps two years ago, I have used their live chat to work out my booking problem. Today, there is contact through twitter or facebook.
I have manage to speak with Customer Service @AirAsia. You will have to fax them and explain about the change in passport number. Giving them your flight details booking reference etc as well. The fax number is : 0060386604352 Attn : Agilan - that's the guy I spoke to.

Girls from Brisbane, can't book more than 3 flights with Air Asia using the same credit card, having problems trying to change passport details with AirAasia, spent a fortune on phone bills and still no contact whatsoever from them, no response to email, and yes starting to panic a little bit because of passport number being incorrect.
