I had to call them a few years ago. I was calling Thailand, and at the time at least the call center was not 24 hours. I called at I believe 7 am Thailand time, the phone was answered promptly, the call taker resolved my issue promptly, and I was very satisfied. They do not, to my knowledge, have a USA phone number.
I have contacted AirAsia with an e-form, thorugh twitter, and with their online chat. The only response I got was from online chat, where they said they couldn't help me online and they'd forward my issue on to the responsible department. I don't have access to international calling.

I booked a flight to Krabi Town from Bangkok. A day later, our plans changed. I realize I just missed the 24 hour refund window by 15 minutes. I attempted to contact customer support to see if an exception could be made, but it was impossible to get ahold of anyone.
