Perhaps two years ago, I have used their live chat to work out my booking problem. Today, there is contact through twitter or facebook.

I have an account and profile with my information on it. However, I reach a roadblock when trying to enter the telephone number for my emergency contact.

Hi MelindaA, Your situation is scarily a lot like mine. Girls from Brisbane, can't book more than 3 flights with Air Asia using the same credit card, having problems trying to change passport details with AirAasia, spent a fortune on phone bills and still no contact whatsoever from them, no response to email, and yes starting to panic a little bit because of passport number being incorrect.
Re: how to contact Airasia ? 13 years ago. Instead of 0060 085 9999 or +60 085 9999 or perhaps 0060 85 9999 or +60 85 9999 have you tried +603 2171 9333 ? The premium line seems to be only available within Malaysia.
