I have contacted AirAsia with an e-form, thorugh twitter, and with their online chat. The only response I got was from online chat, where they said they couldn't help me online and they'd forward my issue on to the responsible department. I don't have access to international calling.

I had to call them a few years ago. I was calling Thailand, and at the time at least the call center was not 24 hours. I called at I believe 7 am Thailand time, the phone was answered promptly, the call taker resolved my issue promptly, and I was very satisfied. They do not, to my knowledge, have a USA phone number.

As for contacting them, with Malaysia a coupe of hours behind us, it is best to call first thing in the monring, say about 7:30am our time, then they are normally quiet as it is only 5:30am in Malaysia. Spent a few days corresponding with them; was quite painful as they seem to reply approx every 24 hours, so the conversation took 4 days. Eventually they resolved this specific flight issue. Mid-way through, I chanced my luck and emailed them about an issue with another booking.

Perhaps two years ago, I have used their live chat to work out my booking problem. Today, there is contact through twitter or facebook.
