Sep 2019. Not too crowded with outside visitors. Only locals know this beach. Quite clean and relaxing. Swimming may not be the best on low tide as rocky areas are there but high tide is just fine. Surfing the Monica is possible but can be tricky due to rocks but locals know that. Read more.
