    When I used Dialwise you basically call a UK number, wait for a prompt and then enter the Thai number followed by #. The call is forwarded to Thailand but you're only charged around 1.5p per minute on your standard phone bill. 18185 works slightly differently. You have to register the landline which will be used to call the thai number.

    Re: Calling bank 1-800 number. 5 years ago. You dial +1800-etc on a mobile phone and pay full rate. To call with your phone + local SIM, using one of the discounted access codes (AIS's 003 as an example) is simply 0031800-etc. Forget the 011 stuff you use in Canada, this is Thailand.
