Bookstores like Maruzen and Kinokuniya have them, as do stationary stores like Jimukichi. jusco, Saty, Apita, Donquihote...the all in one shopping stop stores, in their stationary section, will some, but they won't be as nice as Maruzen or Kinokuniya.

This store is outside the gates of Tokyo Disneyland and very close to the Maihama train station.
