    Vote. Yes you need a 10 number code. You dial it on a rotary phone. Get a "VIP" card from nearby hotel Concierge. Yes collared shirt is required. A sport coat also is nice. BTW during my visit a guest arrived in a T shirt and they had sport coats to loan him for compliance. I suggest go prepared, collared shirt. over a year ago.
