I have paid and recieved a voucher for Chrysler 300 or similar. Hopefully not a last century looking Ford Crown Victoria.
Compare that to taking the hotel shuttle to LAX (average wait time = 10 or 15 minutes), then the wait time at LAX for the rental car shuttle bus (5 or 10 minutes), then the time wasted while the shuttle stops at up to 8 other terminals at LAX to pick up and drop off other passengers. All in all, a 2-minute transfer would take about 30 minutes ...
Answer 1 of 6: Does anyone have recent experience on the quality of rental cars at the Dollar Car Rental at LAX? I found a great rate on a mid sized SUV for July, but am concerned rental car quality might be closer to Rent A Wreck than to Hertz or other big buys...
