Happy Wheels. Happy Wheels is a side-scrolling ragdoll physics -based platform browser game developed and published by Fancy Force. Definitely a much better experience at Cosmo, now that it's an MGM hotel simply b/c of the Fountain music on the TV. Now, there are 3 places that have the music piped into the TV. Vdara, Cosmo and Bellagio. I recently stayed at Bellagio, so that recommendation is fresh on my mind, but a fountain view terrace is hard to beat.
