Yes, I plan on coming back in 2 years around the warmer months, but was still tossing the coin on doing Boston in this trip or not. Humidity isn't an issue as we live in one of the hottest states in Australia (Queensland) when the weather never drops below 14 degrees in Winter (57F) and the daily average throughout the year is always in the 20s (70F) with Humidity always above 75%.
Boston is a wonderful city, epecially at this time of year.The area around Boston Common has loads of activities laid on, and the Clam Chowder is not to be missed! It's much smaller than New York, and the scale is more "human". There are very good train links to get you to Harvard, which is worth a trip out.
