It is impossible to contact a human being at Hopper, unfortunately. I have been trying to cancel 4 flights (scheduled over the next few months). Have sent multiple cancellation requests to Hopper and have filled out the Hopper cancellation form multiple times. No response whatsoever from Hopper.

You can call anyone in your contact list, as well as text, send pictures etc for free. You can also buy minutes from them so you can talk to anyone in the US for something like .01 per minute.

3 years ago. Actual Xfinity Mobile is fairly expensive in PV. I avoid using it by using free wifi wherever I can. I still had about $20 in charges from my last trip just from making a couple emergency calls. Since they use Verizon network, I wish they would have a Mexico plan similar to Verizon.
