    Reviewed February 28, 2018. Mua Caves is the starting point to climb the 500 steps to the top of the mountain to see (1) the best view of Ninh Binh and (2) Lying Dragon statue. Of all the things we did, this hike/crawl to the top is what we would recommend most. The view offers a fantastic perspective of the general size and terrain of NB.

    Oct 2019 • Solo. Located approximately 5km away from tamcoc, Mua caves was a short bicycle ride from my home stay. Once you’ve parked up your bike and paid the entrance fee (100,000 VND) you can roam around the lake and lily fields or climb to 500 stairs to the top.

    Review of Mua Caves. Reviewed December 24, 2016 via mobile. Entrance fee is 100k VND per person. Very near to Tam Coc Boat Ride. Accessible by taxi or bicycle. After climbing the 500 steps, you are rewarded with a magnificent view of Tam Coc river below on one side and the padi fields of Gia Vien on the other side.
