I arrived to pick up my rental with my $480 9 day rental reservation that I had made with Southwest Airlines. One hour of lies and games, trying to rent me a Jeep for $3000. Telling me they didn’t have my car because it was peak season, trying to charge me $100 a day for insurance, every lie and scam you can imagine.

Six of us in a family group travelled from Australia. We travelled in the shuttle from LAX to the site to collect the car.

Emails, Facebook, direct to rental/return locations, even phone (apart from the emergency number). Now a month later and STILL waiting to hear from Hertz.
