Answer 11 of 17: I'm based in the UK. I've paid for business class flights, but KLM have assigned me into economy class for 2 legs of my journey. The KLM website doesn't give any phone numbers, or any way to interact with a human being.

Hi I received an EMD code from KLM for a cancelled flight but the 13 digit code does not work when I have tried to book later in the year. Contacting them is impossible they are not responding at all to any forms of communication.

Yes AF and KL are one company but in the UK I have had to speak to separate customer services when on a KL flight then an AF flight.KL staff were unable to access the AF systems.
The telephone waiting times to speak with KLM staff take up to 25 minutes and the person who answers always needs to transfer the call to another department. Today I spent 90 minutes on the phone to KLM and still no refund. I must say I have never experienced worse telephone customer service from any other airline.

I was told on 17th September that I will receive my baggage within 24 hours but till 26th the last day of my Europe tour I did not receive my bag.
