Hertz does not have anyone to return customer calls regarding incorrect billing. I have been emailing them and they say there’s nothing they can do on their end because they’re not the people in charge of calling back. This is ridiculous. To be refused a call and also to not reach out to someone in customer service to give me a call.

Thanks for your help. We'll try with the MasterCard but European banking system is not as protective of their customers as in US. Hertz is just impossible to work with. The lady I am talking to does not answer my questions. I've asked 3 times to talk to her manager and she refuses to even mention that in her email.
