Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.

This would be an issue with Netflix rather than windows. First I would recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling. This may resolve the issue without needing to contact Netflix's customer support team. If that does not work I would contact Netflix's customer support team.

Go to https://familysafety.microsoft.com and login as parent. Check Game Restriction setting for your child. you can do one of two things. turn off Game restrictions or. Change the Game restriction to Mature. have your child login to PC at this point and they will see Nextflix app in the store which they can download.
Report abuse. This happened to me too, this happened when I switched to using a Microsoft Account. To fix this go to the Store, right-click to get the "home" and "your apps" choices and hit the "your apps" button. From the drop-down menu select "all apps", then mark the Netflix-app (or whichever app you had an issue with), and click install.
