Since this time of year doesn't bring lots of guests, it doesn't make sense to keep the camp store full of food and snacks that will go bad if not purchased. From Mar 1st through Sept 15th we keep the store 100% stocked, and carry lots of camping gear, handcrafted local sundries, and a good assortment of foods too.

This State Park is on the smaller side but does have good hiking and has a great educational program for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs. It has a very small pool but it works. The Hosts at the campground were nice however, seemed experienced with camping and camping etiquette in general, and also were not familiar with the Park.
