    it is +45 and then XXXX XXXX. so i think maybe there is some local code. for sure there is no 0 anywhere. dialing +66 45 XXXX XXXX (so 12 digits) seems to go somewhere in Thailand but there is an automatic message in Thai (maybe, i do not speak Thai) and in English, saying there is no connection at the moment.

    It is usually "not that bad" but at times it reaches a pm 2.5 concentration of 70-80+ and that is pretty serious for anybody to be exposed to. It varies greatly. Right now (as of writing this) it is completely fine at under 30, but last night/early morning it was approaching hazardous levels and that might return.
