So I book a room trough Hotwire's "Secret Hot Rate" and it turns out that their Standard Rate is $2 cheaper at the same hotel. I didn't book the Standard Rate room because a pool was not listed in their amenities and I swim laps almost every day.

Answer 1 of 5: When looking at the "hot rate" it doesn't tell you the hotel of course until after you pay. But it says "you are guaranteed that it is 1 of these 3" Is this true?
